# AWS Lambda Container Image Packaging & Provisioned Concurrency

Builds AWS Lambda containers: using AWS Lambda base images, configuring runtime interface emulator (RIE) for local debugging, tuning memory allocations, and setting Provisioned Concurrency to eliminate cold starts.

## When to Invoke
Invoke this skill whenever you need to:
- build lambda container image
- eliminate lambda cold start
- configure provisioned concurrency

## Execution SOP & Rules
1. Base Dockerfile on public.ecr.aws/lambda/python:3.12 or install aws-lambda-ric in custom image.
2. Define CMD ['app.handler'] pointing to your entrypoint handler function.
3. Publish image to Amazon ECR and deploy Lambda function with package-type Image.
4. Configure provisioned concurrency on a published Lambda version alias (e.g. prod).

## Verification Checklist
- Run local linting, syntax validation, and type-checks before reporting completion.
- Ensure all created or modified files adhere to workspace boundaries and avoid uncommitted secrets.
- Verify tests or build commands exit cleanly with return code 0.
