# Chain-of-Thought Systematic Reasoning Pipeline

Enforces step-by-step reasoning scaffolds: problem formulation, assumption declaration, intermediate computational checkpoints, counter-argument analysis, and final synthesis.

## When to Invoke
Invoke this skill whenever you need to:
- use chain of thought reasoning
- deliberate step by step
- break down complex deduction

## Execution SOP & Rules
1. Declare explicit step headers: Problem Breakdown, Constraints, Hypotheses, Verification.
2. Never jump directly to code snippets without documenting the intervening design decisions.
3. Actively search for edge cases and boundary conditions during intermediate steps.
4. Provide a concise, unambiguous executive summary following the detailed reasoning chain.

## Verification Checklist
- Run local linting, syntax validation, and type-checks before reporting completion.
- Ensure all created or modified files adhere to workspace boundaries and avoid uncommitted secrets.
- Verify tests or build commands exit cleanly with return code 0.
