# Changesets Multi-Package Monorepo Versioning

Implements @changesets/cli: creating changeset markdown entries during PRs, consuming changesets with changeset version, linked packages and fixed package groups, and automated GitHub Actions release PRs.

## When to Invoke
Invoke this skill whenever you need to:
- add changeset pr
- version monorepo changesets
- publish packages changesets

## Execution SOP & Rules
1. Initialize: npx changeset init and configure .changeset/config.json with access and baseBranch.
2. Add change entry in PR branch: npx changeset to select modified packages and semver bump type.
3. Run npx changeset version to bump package.json versions and update CHANGELOG.md files.
4. Execute npx changeset publish to publish updated packages to the registry.

## Verification Checklist
- Run local linting, syntax validation, and type-checks before reporting completion.
- Ensure all created or modified files adhere to workspace boundaries and avoid uncommitted secrets.
- Verify tests or build commands exit cleanly with return code 0.
