Invoke this skill whenever you need to:
- create crewai team

## Execution SOP & Rules
1. Assign distinct, non-overlapping roles, goals, and backstories to every agent.
2. Specify detailed expected_output descriptions for each task to prevent ambiguous results.
3. Use Process.hierarchical when dynamic delegation and planning are required.
4. Set verbose=True during development to trace inter-agent message passing.
