# CSS3 Hardware-Accelerated Keyframe Engine

Builds pure CSS3 keyframe animations: transform3d GPU promotion, will-change hints, cubic-bezier timing functions, staggered animation-delay sequences, and reduced-motion media queries.

## When to Invoke
Invoke this skill whenever you need to:
- write css keyframe animation
- optimize css animation 60fps
- support prefers-reduced-motion css

## Execution SOP & Rules
1. Restrict animated CSS properties to transform and opacity to prevent browser layout reflows.
2. Promote animated layers to GPU compositing planes using transform: translateZ(0) or will-change: transform.
3. Always wrap non-essential movement in @media (prefers-reduced-motion: no-preference).
4. Remove will-change declarations once animations finish to avoid holding GPU memory buffers.

## Verification Checklist
- Run local linting, syntax validation, and type-checks before reporting completion.
- Ensure all created or modified files adhere to workspace boundaries and avoid uncommitted secrets.
- Verify tests or build commands exit cleanly with return code 0.
