## Execution SOP & Rules
1. Import components on-demand using unplugin-element-plus or full bundle for internal enterprise apps.
2. Wrap application with <el-config-provider :locale='currentLocale'> for localized calendar/strings.
3. Bind form model: <el-form :model='form' :rules='rules' ref='formRef'> and call formRef.value.validate().
4. Use el-table with :data and prop bindings; use <template #default='scope'> for custom action cells.
