# EPUB 3 Standard Ebook Publisher

Packages HTML, CSS, images, and fonts into an EPUB 3 publication: mimetype, META-INF/container.xml, OPF package manifest, NCX/NAV table of contents, and epubcheck validation.

## When to Invoke
Invoke this skill whenever you need to:
- generate epub 3 book
- create epub table of contents
- validate epub with epubcheck

## Execution SOP & Rules
1. Ensure the mimetype file contains application/epub+zip stored uncompressed as the first entry.
2. Declare all publication assets inside package.opf manifest with unique IDs and media types.
3. Provide semantic navigation in nav.xhtml using <nav epub:type="toc">.
4. Run epubcheck filename.epub to detect missing references or malformed XML.

## Verification Checklist
- Run local linting, syntax validation, and type-checks before reporting completion.
- Ensure all created or modified files adhere to workspace boundaries and avoid uncommitted secrets.
- Verify tests or build commands exit cleanly with return code 0.
