# MCP Resource URIs & Dynamic Prompt Templates

Implements MCP Resources (custom URI schemes, text/blob mime types) and Prompts (reusable templates with dynamic user arguments) to enrich agent context windows.

## When to Invoke
Invoke this skill whenever you need to:
- create mcp resource
- register mcp prompt template
- handle read resource mcp

## Execution SOP & Rules
1. Declare unique URI patterns for resources (e.g. file:///path or config://settings).
2. Return resource contents matching explicit mimeTypes (text/plain, application/json).
3. Define prompt templates with named arguments and descriptive instructions.
4. Update resource lists dynamically and emit notifications/resources/list_changed events on change.

## Verification Checklist
- Run local linting, syntax validation, and type-checks before reporting completion.
