# Motion One Lightweight WAAPI Engine

Leverages native browser Web Animations API (WAAPI) with Motion One: animate(), timeline(), scroll(), inView(), and spring() with sub-5KB footprint.

## When to Invoke
Invoke this skill whenever you need to:
- use motion one animate
- create timeline motion one
- scroll linked animation motion one

## Execution SOP & Rules
1. Call animate(element, { opacity: [0, 1], y: [20, 0] }, { duration: 0.5, easing: spring() }).
2. Sequence multiple elements cleanly with timeline([ [elemA, { x: 100 }], [elemB, { opacity: 1 }] ]).
3. Animate scroll progress smoothly with scroll(animate('.progress-bar', { scaleX: [0, 1] })).
4. Rely on WAAPI execution off the main JavaScript thread for stutter-free animations under load.

## Verification Checklist
- Run local linting, syntax validation, and type-checks before reporting completion.
- Ensure all created or modified files adhere to workspace boundaries and avoid uncommitted secrets.
- Verify tests or build commands exit cleanly with return code 0.
