# OpenZeppelin Contracts Upgradability & Standards

Builds secure Web3 infrastructure with OpenZeppelin: ERC20/ERC721/ERC1155, AccessControl role-based permissions, UUPS / Transparent Upgradeable Proxies, and initialization guards.

## When to Invoke
Invoke this skill whenever you need to:
- use openzeppelin contracts
- implement uups upgradeable proxy
- setup accesscontrol roles

## Execution SOP & Rules
1. Inherit from official, audited OpenZeppelin contracts rather than rolling custom implementations.
2. Use Initializable and initializer modifier on upgradeable contracts; never use constructors.
3. Enforce role-based access control with onlyRole(ROLE) modifiers.
4. Validate storage layout compatibility before deploying upgrades to proxy contracts.

## Verification Checklist
- Run local linting, syntax validation, and type-checks before reporting completion.
- Ensure all created or modified files adhere to workspace boundaries and avoid uncommitted secrets.
- Verify tests or build commands exit cleanly with return code 0.
