# Qwik Resumability & Instant-On Zero-Hydration Architecture

Builds applications with Qwik: component$ syntax, optimizer splitting code into micro-chunks, serialization boundaries, dollar sign ($) closures, QRLs (Qwik Resource Locators), and eliminating hydration overhead completely.

## When to Invoke
Invoke this skill whenever you need to:
- write qwik component$
- qwik resumability explained
- useSignal qwik

## Execution SOP & Rules
1. Define component using component$: export const Counter = component$(() => { ... }).
2. Declare reactive state: const count = useSignal(0).
3. Attach event handlers: <button onClick$={() => count.value++}>Click</button> (optimizer creates lazy chunks).
4. Verify zero initial JavaScript execution on page load in Chrome DevTools Performance audit.

## Verification Checklist
- Run local linting, syntax validation, and type-checks before reporting completion.
- Ensure all created or modified files adhere to workspace boundaries and avoid uncommitted secrets.
- Verify tests or build commands exit cleanly with return code 0.
