Invoke this skill whenever you need to:
- run ruff linter
- configure ruff in pyproject.toml
- ruff check --fix

## Execution SOP & Rules
1. Configure pyproject.toml: [tool.ruff.lint] select = ['E', 'F', 'I', 'UP', 'B', 'SIM'].
2. Run linter with auto-fix: ruff check --fix .
3. Run fast formatter: ruff format . to achieve identical formatting to Black.
4. Integrate into VS Code via the official charliermarsh.ruff extension for instant diagnostics.
