# Tablib Multi-Format Dataset Exporter

Uses Tablib in Python to manage tabular datasets: appending rows, defining tagged dynamic columns, sorting, filtering, and exporting to 8+ formats with a single unified API.

## When to Invoke
Invoke this skill whenever you need to:
- export dataset to multiple formats
- convert json to excel tablib
- manage tabular data tablib

## Execution SOP & Rules
1. Initialize datasets with data = tablib.Dataset(*rows, headers=headers).
2. Export to desired formats directly via data.export('xlsx'), data.export('json'), or data.export('csv').
3. Assemble multi-sheet workbooks using book = tablib.Databook([sheet1, sheet2]).
4. Ensure date and timestamp values are properly formatted prior to export.

## Verification Checklist
- Run local linting, syntax validation, and type-checks before reporting completion.
- Ensure all created or modified files adhere to workspace boundaries and avoid uncommitted secrets.
- Verify tests or build commands exit cleanly with return code 0.
