# WireGuard Fast Encrypted Site-to-Site VPN Mesh

Configures WireGuard: generating private/public key pairs, authoring wg0.conf, configuring AllowedIPs for split tunneling vs full mesh, persistent keepalives through NAT routers, and managing interfaces via wg-quick.

## When to Invoke
Invoke this skill whenever you need to:
- configure wireguard wg0.conf
- setup site to site wireguard
- wireguard persistent keepalive

## Execution SOP & Rules
1. Generate key pair: wg genkey | tee privatekey | wg pubkey > publickey.
2. Write /etc/wireguard/wg0.conf specifying [Interface] Address and [Peer] PublicKey, Endpoint, AllowedIPs.
3. Start tunnel interface: wg-quick up wg0 and enable systemd persistence: systemctl enable wg-quick@wg0.
4. Inspect peer handshake status and transferred bytes: wg show.

## Verification Checklist
- Run local linting, syntax validation, and type-checks before reporting completion.
- Ensure all created or modified files adhere to workspace boundaries and avoid uncommitted secrets.
- Verify tests or build commands exit cleanly with return code 0.
